Who we are
Exalt is a software development studio based in Serbia. This policy covers the website exalt.rs. For any privacy question, write to info@exalt.rs.
Contact requests
When you send a request through the contact form, we receive your name, email, company (if given), the service and budget you selected and your message. We use this only to reply to you and prepare an offer, and we keep it in our email system for as long as the conversation or project lasts. Bookings made through the embedded Cal.com calendar are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, how people reach the site and whether the contact form works, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used through heatmaps and anonymised session recordings (form fields and typed text are masked). Analytics cookies are set and Clarity is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, Clarity is not loaded and Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals without identifiers. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. We do not run ads and do not sell or share data for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so the banner does not reappear. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years) and Microsoft Clarity sets the _clck and _clsk cookies (up to 1 year). You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
